Caffè Ayroldi

Caffè Ayroldi is a restyling project for the historic bar located in the square of Ostuni, in the direction of the Cathedral. Every person who visits the town flanks this street corner to reach the narrow streets of the old town.

The restyling is total: a complete reinterpretation of the rooms, systems, finishes and furnishings. Caffè Ayroldi proposes itself as a graphic and aesthetic novelty, with simple and modern lines in an always fascinating historical context. The administration area has acquired greater width and brightness, through a careful study of the counters, the equipped walls and the diffused and punctual lighting.

It’s never too late. A 35-year business management, which in 2020 finds strength and courage to restart with the same quality as always. Taking advantage of past work, Caffè Ayroldi proposes itself brand new to a city as an example of change.
