Osteria Madre

After a long and important restoration of the premises located in Piazza della Libertà, in the historic center of Ostuni opens Osteria Madre, a new high-level culinary reference in the Ostuni panorama. The investment in the innovation of the equipment and the Josper for cooking on embers, makes Osteria Madre one of the best of local catering.

The Osteria is born from the merger of four existing commercial premises, acquires a new identity after eliminating the superfetations created over the years in the various properties. The living rock wall has been brought to light and characterizes the back of the rooms where there is the most important table in the room.

The open kitchen pretends to be shown to the users, and the cellar finally does justice to the countless amount of wines in the Osteria.

Improved the internal connections between the rooms, the administration area has acquired greater width and interior spaces previously non-existent. And this is how Osteria Madre begins its journey with simple and modern lines in an always fascinating historical context.
