Barbara and Giulio House is an apartment of about 90 square meters, built in the 80s, which presented itself without an identity style and not very functional.
A long corridor that connected the entrance-living room to the dining room, a small kitchenette, located in two diametrically opposite areas of the house.
The initial requirement of the client was to be able to recover extra space for a second bathroom and for a small private study.
The renovation project was immediately directed towards the refunctionalization of all spaces.
Particular action was taken in the living area with the creation of an open space for the living room and the plant adaptation with the construction of a floor heating system, ducted air conditioning system and VMC.
All the space has been designed to be exploited to the fullest.
The second bathroom has been created in response to modern living needs and an area for private study in the entrance, in order to maintain some privacy compared to the rest of the house.
The lighting has been studied and designed in every single environment, the kitchen and bathrooms have been custom-made as per the project.
